📔 Take time to journal if you desire to go DEEPER! When you already shift the conscious thoughts, it gives your subconscious even more clearance to find what else is there.
🎧 Wear headphones. That's how you get all of the sound-healing benefits that truly make these sessions feel otherworldly.
🛌 During breathwork or visualizations, lie down so that your mind can completely unhook. If you are distracted by having to shift and reposition, or hold yourself in a certain way, your conscious mind is still having to be active in the background. Give yourself the gift of full surrender.
😬 Find a safe, comfortable, and private location. Tune into what YOU need to go all in. If you're feeling nervous or distracted the entire time, you're missing out!
🫡 Accept the discomfort. It's totally okay if you feel like a weirdo. It's normal to have big physical responses - the benefits outweigh the awkwardness if you keep going!

If I gave a voice to the part of me that doesn’t believe I’m worthy of love and happiness… what would it say?
→ Let yourself write freely, without editing or trying to be positive.
→ This isn’t about agreeing with the voice—it’s about letting it speak so it doesn’t keep whispering from the shadows.
→ Try beginning with: “I don’t feel worthy because…” or “I’m afraid that if I let myself feel love/happiness, then…”
→ Be curious. Even if it sounds irrational, just let it come through.
If I was completely worthy of love and happiness—like, no question—how would I treat myself differently?
→ Think about how you’d talk to yourself.
→ What boundaries would you set? What would you stop apologizing for?
→ What would shift in your body? Your relationships? Your daily choices?
You don’t have to force yourself to feel it yet. Just imagine it. See how it feels.
